Add Microsoft Copilot app to taskbar in Windows 10

Microsoft Copilot app is not a default feature in Windows 10, but it is being rolled out to devices running Home and unmanaged Pro editions of Windows 10, version 22H2. If you are still on the older version such as 20H2, you can follow the instruction below to add the Copilot app to the Windows taskbar.

1. Go to https://m365.cloud.microsoft/chat in the Edge browser
2. Click the 3-dot icon at the top right corner to open the menu
3. Select Apps
4. Click “Install this site as an app
5. Select Install
   
6. With “Pin to taskbar” box checked and click Allow
   
7. Now you should see the Copilot icon in the tasbar
