HTL 365 laptops provided for students at LIFE All-Stars Youth Financial Literacy Event in Fort Bend County

At HTL 365, we strongly believe that technology serves as a bridge—connecting local communities to brighter opportunities and empowering the next generation with the tools they need to succeed.

We recently had the privilege of supporting Life-All-Stars during their Youth Financial Literacy Event in Fort Bend County. To help their instruction team run a seamless interactive session, HTL 365 provided laptops for the event, ensuring every participating student had access to reliable hardware for hands-on learning.

Bridging Tech and Financial Literacy

Life-All-Stars, led by Brad Wood, is dedicated to equipping underserved youth with essential real-world life skills. Their curriculum focuses on critical financial concepts, including:

  • Wants vs. Needs & Budgeting: Teaching youth how to prioritize expenses and manage personal cash flow.
  • Banking & Saving Basics: Demonstrating practical tasks like managing checking accounts and planning emergency funds.
  • Investing for the Future: Introducing concepts like compounding interest, the Rule of 72, and long-term wealth building.

Having access to functioning, updated hardware allows non-profit educators to run digital simulations, budget tracking exercises, and interactive tools without technical friction.

Supporting Grassroots Impact

Community organizations often face hardware shortages when trying to deliver digital curriculum. Providing reliable laptops for local workshops is one of the many ways HTL 365 gives back to Fort Bend County and Greater Houston initiatives.

We are honored to play a supporting role in LIFE All-Stars’ mission to inspire financial confidence in local youth, and we look forward to continuing our partnership with community-first organizations.
